Violet Richardson Award
The Violet Richardson Award honors young women ages 14–18 who make a positive impact through volunteer service. It recognizes leadership, responsibility, and commitment to causes such as reducing poverty, preventing violence, and protecting the environment. Named after Soroptimist’s first club president, it reflects her belief: “It’s what you do that counts.”
